This program delivers holistic behavioral health services that help veterans address trauma, substance use, and emotional challenges while building resilience and long term wellness.
Services include:
• Mental health counseling and referrals
• Substance abuse counseling and recovery support
• Trauma informed care coordination
• Peer support and wellness resources
Financial Empowerment and Workforce Readiness Program
This program equips veterans with the financial knowledge, job readiness skills, and employment connections needed to achieve economic independence and long term stability.
Services include:
• Financial literacy and budgeting education
• Employment readiness training
• Job placement assistance
• Career coaching and goal planning
Veteran Access and Support Services Program
This program removes logistical barriers that often prevent veterans from accessing critical care and opportunities, ensuring they remain connected to the resources they need to succeed.
Services include:
• Transportation to VA medical centers and appointments
• Benefits navigation and advocacy
• Resource coordination and referrals
• Ongoing case support and follow up
